Deepbridge Technology Growth EIS

The nature of the Deepbridge investment philosophy is one of hands-on, engaged mentoring to selected investee companies, whilst giving our investors access to dynamic and innovative young companies in a range of high-growth industries.

Deepbridge build partnerships with entrepreneurial management teams growing their businesses, and with investors seeking attractive, tax-efficient returns on investment. The investee companies are usually not start-ups, but later-stage businesses seeking capital to finance expansion both in the UK and internationally.

They invest in companies with visible revenues, long-term contracts and high-quality partners and actively manage the investee companies, through board representation and close working relationships.

The Technology Growth EIS offered by Deepbridge is a discretionary managed portfolio of tax-efficient investments. Every investment is pre-cleared with HMRC in terms of EIS qualifying status ahead of investing and its investment decisions are influenced by the commercial merits of each transaction and therefore are not based just on the considerable tax benefits that EIS offer.
